In Wates village, Trowulan subdistrict you can see a PPST Center (Central Wholesale of shoes) about 15 km from Mojokerto, and cast brass handicrafts in Bejijong village. Religious site of the tomb of Syech Jumadil Kubro and the Majapahit Great Vihara houses Indonesia’s largest Buddhist statue. Cast brass and bronze crafts are often found in Bejijong tourism village. Trowulan and its surroundings in the era of the Majapahit kingdom was the center of the empire. Nowadays, there are many historical sites with a variety of ancients relics of temples, gates and pools. In some sites, excavations of the remains are still carried out.
