Majapahit Hotel

The located at Jl. Tunjungan was once the place of the heroic event of tearing the Dutch flag into a red and white flag (Indonesian flag) in the battle for independence in 1945. The 1910 building is still maintained as its original from. It was originally named Hotel Lucas Martin Sarkies (LMS), in the Japanese period it turned to the Yamato Hotel. At present the cultural heritage building becomes Majapahit hotel that bears the classification of a five-star rated hotel.
